Throughout this website you will find four pages containing different information about rocks. One page is about the Rock Cycle, it shows
how rocks are formed. The other three pages are about Igneous, Sedimentary, and Metamorphic Rocks. They tell some of the many details
about what each of the three main rock types are, a definition, and formation of that rock type. There is also a Bibliography, which lists the
sources that I used in helping me to create this website. You will also find a page entitled comments. (Read more under Extras, below)
Why was this website created?
This website was created for an 8th grade Science assignment. It was created on November 27th, 2007, however updates may be made up
until December 7th (due date for assignment). This website wil stay up even after my assignment is handed in, for future use of other people.
